Reminder: Next Week Midterm Review (35% of Final Grade):Groups will present in pairs with two instructors per review, half of the class will present on Monday and the other half on Wednesday. Everyone is to be printed and ready to present on Monday. All students are expected to be present on both dates and attendance will be factored into grading.
25 minutes per student (10 mins for presentation, 15 mins for comments and questions)
You should present relevant site analysis, conceptual/program development and schematic design to date. You can also include significant case studies but keep in mind that you only have 10 mins to go over 2 months of work so practice what you would like to say. The more process work you have printed, the more you can receive feedback on, but do not get caught up with details. It is important that you can communicate your main concept and conclusions from site analysis. Do not forget your process models!!
Print Schematic Design Work at a minimum size of A2, for site analysis A3 or larger is acceptable. Students can supplement graphic presentation with slideshow but the main drawings/images should be printed out.

Reviews: Midterm and Final review (From Student Manual)
Student is expected to have the work pin-up in the assigned room or area prior to the review time. For example, if the review time is at 1:00 pm, this means that the presentation is ready to start by 1:00 pm. Failing to present your project at the assigned time slot will result in an "F" for that project.
If you fail to show up for the review without notifying your instructor or your absence is unaccompanied by a physician's letter, your grade for that particular review would be "F". Minor illness such as headache or migraine doesn't count. A physician's letter must be of severe case – I.C.U. or operating room that requires several days of resting and recovering period. Furthermore, physician's letter must be accommodated by a receipt (payment for the doctor visit) failure to produce the receipt will nullify the physician's letter.
